1. Agreement Acceptance
These Terms govern access to WW5 websites, apps, and related services (the “Platform”) for visitors and registered members.
By opening an account you confirm you understand these Terms and will follow applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines when using the Platform.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after a revision is posted generally means you accept the update. Review this page periodically.
2. Who May Join
To register and play you must meet all of the following:
- Be at least 21 years old — a hard rule for casino-style online play in the Philippines
- Be located where online gaming is lawful at the moment of play
- Not appear on WW5 or regulator self-exclusion lists
- Not be a WW5 employee, contractor, director, officer, or their immediate family where policy excludes them
- Have full legal capacity to contract under Philippine law
We may demand age and identity proof at any time. Failed verification can suspend or close the account. Winnings of ineligible players may be forfeited.
3. Account Setup
3.1 Correct Information
Provide true, current information — legal name, birth date, email, and a valid PH mobile number — and update it when it changes.
3.2 Single Account Rule
Only one active account per person. Multi-accounting (same or alternate identities) is forbidden. Detected duplicates may be suspended and balances forfeited where these Terms allow.
3.3 Protecting your account
You are responsible for credential secrecy and activity under your login. WW5 is not liable for losses from shared or weak passwords. Report suspected intrusion to support at once.
3.4 Identity Checks
We may require government ID (passport, SSS, UMID, driver’s license, PhilSys, and similar), proof of address, and proof you own the payout method. Incomplete KYC can freeze withdrawals until checks finish.
4. Cashier Transactions
4.1 Supported cashier methods
Accepted rails include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Methods may change. All cashier activity is in Philippine pesos (₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposits
Minimum deposit is typically ₱100. Provider limits may still apply. Confirmed deposits credit after the payment partner confirms.
4.3 Payout Requests
Minimum withdrawal is typically ₱200. Payouts usually return to the same method family used to fund, consistent with AML practice. We aim to process approved requests within about 24 hours, subject to KYC and review. Extra documents may be required.
4.4 Charges
WW5 does not add standard deposit or withdrawal platform fees; your bank or e-wallet might. Those third-party fees are yours.
4.5 Anti-money-laundering checks
We follow applicable AML rules and may report suspicious activity. Funds must come from payment accounts in your name — third-party deposits are rejected or returned where possible (minus any processing costs).
5. Promotion Rules
5.1 Offer Rules
Welcome packs, reloads, cashback, and contests follow the text shown at claim time. If that text conflicts with this section, the offer text wins for that promo.
5.2 Wagering Rules
Bonus funds generally need a stated wagering multiple before cashout. We may void bonus-derived winnings where abuse or non-genuine play is found.
5.3 Who may use or transfer an offer
We may exclude players for bonus abuse, collusion, or Term breaches. Bonuses do not move between accounts.
5.4 Updates
We may change or end promos without prior notice. Players already opted in keep the terms active at opt-in unless law forces a change.
6. Rules That Apply During Play
Each title has in-game rules. Placing a bet means you accept those rules. On conflict between UI rules and these Terms for a specific outcome, the game rules govern that outcome.
Results use certified RNG. We do not script wins or losses beyond published mathematics. Malfunctions outside our reasonable control may lead to voided bets and returned stakes. Confirmed bets are final except verified platform error.
7. Banned Activity
These acts can trigger immediate suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances where allowed:
- Multiple accounts or registering for someone else
- False KYC or registration data
- Bots, scripts, or automated play aids
- Collusion or bug exploitation
- Money laundering or playing with criminal proceeds
- Reverse engineering or tampering with the Platform
- Harassment of staff or other players
- Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal
We investigate actively and may notify Philippine authorities when required.
8. Ownership Rights
Games, branding, software, text, and media on WW5 belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for entertainment use only. Copying, scraping, or commercial reuse without written consent is forbidden.
9. How We Handle Personal Data
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Registering means you accept that processing description. We do not sell your personal data for marketing.
10. Responsible Play

11. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, WW5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from Platform use.
Aggregate liability for a claim is capped at the total you deposited in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service.
12. Account Closure
We may suspend or close accounts for Term breaches, fraud suspicion, or other discretionary reasons permitted by law. Cause-based closures may include forfeiture of remaining balances where these Terms allow.
You may request voluntary closure via support. Real-money balances (excluding incomplete bonus funds) are returned to your verified payout method after any open KYC steps.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Philippine courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
You remain responsible for confirming that your play is lawful where you are located.
14. Terms Updates
Material updates will be posted here. Where practical, we notify registered players by email or in-platform notice about seven days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
